So I've been thinking I should update here with something.
So here's a few things I'll just list:

I'll probably upload most of my Work in Progress (WIP) drawings. See, I've been drawing a lot, but when it comes to finishing that particular piece, well, then it's harder to make yourself do that. So I've got abandoned shit lying around all over the place. So yeah, I'll probably upload them into sketch dumps or maybe I'll just put them all into scraps.

I'm months late for this since I wanted to do a promotional piece, but due to me not finishing shit I start, I'll just do it now. Better late than never, right? So yeah, you might have noticed that I've posted some Tankadere pages back in November and if you haven't, then I posted a couple of Tankadere comic pages back in November. It's in the gallery somewhere if you're interested.

But yeah, what it's all about. Well I've been part of a anthology comic group called Tankadere, published by Crab Tank Ink run by and and we've done 2 volumes so far. The first volume is called "Around the world in 80 pages" and the main theme is travel and time travel. Now that doesn't mean it's all sci-fi and magical like that, although there are a couple of stories, but it can be a bit subtle as well. And the second volume is called "Gears in the Aether" and concentrates more on the theme of magic vs. technology. That one can be pretty literal, yeah. Though people have been creative in combining the two themes.

They're starting on the 3rd volume now which has the theme of strong female lead. The idea pitches are due on the 20th May, so I'm a retard writing this 4 days later. I haven't sent out my pitch either because I forgot about the deadline. Oh well, my story would have been about a female detective stuck with a case. We'll see if it makes it in or not.

My personal life's kinda in disarray and chaos. Nothing's giving me much comfort. I quit the job I was working at on the grounds of being not paid. They owe me like £1200. I'm not raising hopes on getting it. Oh well, fuck it. Was hired a while later by my brother to do some car vector work for him and maintain his website. Turns out I didn't know vectors, but I learned them in 2 hours. But then it turns out it's pretty hard and monotonous work. I'll probably post the cars here after they're done. Then there's the website. My. God. It's a goddamn mess. I have to rebuild it from scratch. So much for my free time and my own projects.

Money's scarce and I'm barely eating these days. Lost about 25kg since September because of stress, hunger, that previous job and lack of money. Yeah, the job was delivering 500-1000 charity bags a day. That's a lot of walking around. But yeah, pretty much living on rice and noodles. Whoo. Hopefully things will turn for the better after I finish these vectors.

That's all I can think to bitch about for now I guess. Gotta find a new place to live for now and hopefully pay the rent for this month. Really wishing I could do some 3D tutorials to brush up my skills. So I can get a job. One that I studied for. I dunno, maybe at some point I'll just screw everything off and just do some project of my own. Drawn, video or something else.
